Tim grew up in kitchens with Michelin stars and hardcore regiment trying to build up the right to have an opinion on food. These days he chases down the stories behind our favorite comfort foods, tracking family lore and old cookbooks back to where they began. When he's not writing, he's probably reheating leftovers and calling it research.
