I'm Tim Buell, A Sous chef at a two michelin star restaurant in San Francisco.

 I have experience in some of the best kitchens in the world and a culinary arts degree from the Culinary institute of america. 

Im here now to show how kitchen culture, food culture, and pure deliciousness can work in harmony to create a  unique way of interacting with the food you and i eat. 

I'm Sharing why I love eating and cooking so much. When I sit down and eat, I can immediately be transported to a different space & time.
